At Numara Software, one of our core values is giving back to our community. As a company we have a conscious dedication to wanting to strengthen the communities where we live and work. We recognize that one of the wonderful benefits of these kinds of endeavors is that it enhances not only the well-being of our community as a whole, but also has a benefit of enhancing teamwork on our staff. We recognize that offering a helping hand to others helps everyone.

Tampa Bay Start! Heart Walk
Back on Saturday, November 8, 2008, the Numara Software team of 22 walkers raised $1,150 for the Tampa Bay Start! Heart Walk.
Computer Mentors Group
 On Saturday, October 25, Computer Mentors Group, Inc. held its Third Annual Tech Bowl. The event site was the HCC - Brandon campus. Twelve teams, composed of four high school students each, participated in this competition.
The students were prepared for the Tech Bowl by their adult team coach in three evening training sessions. The 2008 Tech Bowl winner is the IT Authorities team. Each team member received a brand-new Toshiba laptop computer.
None of this would have been held without the efforts of the CMG staff, the many volunteers, enthusiastic families, coaches, and sponsors. The team sponsors were the Lucent Group, Numara Software, Citi, Holland & Knight, J.P. Morgan, Raymond James, Nielsen Media.Interface, Network Systems, Microsoft, St. Pete Times, ConnectWise, and IT Authorities. CMG is very proud of the continuing success of this annual challenge for our motivated, computer-oriented youth.
SPCA Tampa Bay Pet Walk
Several Numara Software employees and their pets participated in this event to benefit SPCA Tampa Bay in their efforts to continue to increase adoptions, investigate suspected animal cruelty cases and to provide emergency care for sick and injured strays.
Paws for Patriots Poker Run
On November 22, 2008, one of our Numara employees participated in this Motorcycle run to benefit Southeastern Guide Dogs helping our Military Veterans. Numara sponsored this participation.
“I Will Survive” Fashion Show
On October 6th, Numara Software was a corporate sponsor of this fashion show that benefited The Spring which is the largest and most well-known organization that addresses domestic violence in Tampa, FL. Five Numara employees attended this special celebration.
Holiday Giving
During the holiday season, Numara Employees generously collected donations to benefit The Children’s Home in Tampa, FL and Elijah’s Promise in New Brunswick, NJ, local to our two main offices. We believe in reaching out financially to help worth community endeavors to help make a difference.
