Product Manager Tony Thomas Describes Strategies for Successfully Facilitating the Migration to Microsoft Vista Using Numara Software Solutions
Tampa, Fla., May 23, 2008 – Numara Software, Inc., a leader in service desk management solutions for IT professionals, today announced the release of the third installment in its Vista-migration podcast series, "Optimizing Your Vista Migration." In this segment, titled "Facilitating the Vista Migration," Tony Thomas, product manager at Numara Software, discusses a detailed strategy for facilitating the actual transition to Microsoft Vista, from deploying security patches for business-critical software to preparing the help desk for increased traffic volume.
Two of the Numara Software add-on modules discussed in the podcast, Numara Patch Manager and Numara Deploy, enable IT departments executing an operating system (OS) transition to seamlessly distribute critical software patches to upgrade existing software and address critical compatibility issues.
